We fire the oven to about 750
degrees to make authentic
wood fired pizzas at your
location in about 2 minutes.
We pull up our trailer (or back in
if needed) set up where you
want and begin to serve pizzas
hot from the oven.
We are located in Rocklin California and serve the Greater Sacramento area.

With our authentic imported Italian wood-fired brick oven, we come to your venue
fire-up our oven and start making pizzas.

This isn’t  take-out or delivery pizza, we use hand-made dough, fresh ingredients
and an oven temperatures of 750 degrees cooking each pizza in about 2 minutes.  
These things combine to create the most delicious pizza you'll ever experience.
